I’m Mohan Durai D, an Electrical and Electronics Engineer and MBA student in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation. My journey combines hands-on electrical work with learning how to build and grow new ventures.​

Since 2017, I have been closely involved in our family business, Durai Electricals, where I work on motor rewinding, fault diagnosis, control panels, and on-site troubleshooting. This practical experience has taught me how to solve real problems for customers, handle breakdowns under pressure, and understand what reliability and good service truly mean in the field.

Through my MBA, I am now focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation, and business strategy—learning how to turn observations from the workshop and the market into structured business ideas, experiments, and, eventually, sustainable ventures. My goal is to build a career at the intersection of engineering, business, and personal growth, using my skills to create value for people and businesses around me.
